James has a broad business background spanning 18 years in sales, marketing, communications and business development. His passion is the psychology of human motivation, how to create peak performance, achieve real success, unleash creativity, and develop effective leadership.
A qualified facilitator in the application of Whole Brain Technology, James believes that in order to thrive in today’s hectic environment, we must generate the best ideas from people, and turn those ideas into decisive action - while maintaining the highest personal integrity, standing up for issues we believe in, and challenging society to think in new ways.
Born in Malaysia, James is a keen student of Aikido and an ardent vocalist, who performs regularly with a well-known acapella group.
